Long story short, and several emails later Greddy tech advised me that several people had been having problems while running Vista, and that my problem would possibly be sorted with an and update via Windows xp or similar. Cihan did the original tune on the 1UZFE.
And all the wiring was fine, I checked that several times.
As soon as you added any ignition to the tables the car would miss and carry on, this happened on both 1JZGTE, and 1UZFE with same e blue. Now since the original install and having ignition issues, basically you had to leave ignition maps blank. However, I've been running the blue for a while now, except ignition harness disconnected. also for fuel speed and rev limiters do i have to have the ignition harness hooked up? or is it possible to just have injectors and and main harness? and as i understand, the 3 dials behind that cover as suppose to be set to: 7,4,0. i might try inserting the cd that paul burnt for me. is this the normal setup? the software i'm using was the version rob e-mailed me. plugs into laptop usb port and then straight into the emb.
